Tadalafil: One tablet 30 minutes before sex.and lasts upto 36 hours. Tadalafil is ideal if you expect sexual activity over a prolonged period of time. If a tablet is needed more than two times a week, a low dose continuous option is available.

Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. Once you have had chicken pox, the virus remains dormant in the nerves until it reactivates in old age due to a weakened immune system caused by age, ill health, stress or certain medications. Symptoms typically are an initial painful tingling sensation that develops into a rash that blisters. Most people fully recover from Shingles but some continue to experience long term nerve pain after the shingles episode. The Shingles vaccination is available to anyone over 50 years without a long term condition that weakens their immunity and not taking immunity lowering medication.
