NHS Medicines A-Z
Look up your medicines
The NHS Medicines A-Z is an official guide explaining how medicines work, how to take them, common side effects and who can use them.
Our pharmacists at Marton Road Pharmacy in Bridlington can also talk you through your medicines in person. You can walk in for advice, call us on 01262 608608, or message us on WhatsApp at 07364 228943.
Before you change anything
Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine without speaking to a pharmacist, your GP or the prescriber who started it.
For emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke or a severe allergic reaction, call 999 or go to A&E. If you are unsure how urgent something is, call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.
