Advice for common minor ailments
Our pharmacists at Marton Road Pharmacy in Bridlington can advise on many everyday health concerns. You can walk in and speak to a member of the team without an appointment.
We can help you understand your symptoms, suggest suitable over-the-counter treatment, and let you know if you need to see a GP or another healthcare professional.
Pharmacy First same-day care
Some same-day conditions may be covered by Pharmacy First, a NHS service that lets certain patients be assessed and treated by a pharmacist without waiting for a GP appointment. Eligibility depends on your symptoms and circumstances.
When to seek urgent help
For serious or life-threatening symptoms, call 999 or go to A&E. Examples include chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, or a severe allergic reaction.
If you are unsure whether your symptoms need urgent attention, contact NHS 111 by calling 111 or visiting 111.nhs.uk for advice.
